I had a really good experience at DM Physios - Spine & Sports Physiotherapy Clinic. I went there for a disc bulge and honestly was expecting a long treatment with medicines, but Dr. Deepak took a completely different approach.
He focused only on exercises and his own treatment methods, and that actually worked for me. Over time, I recovered without taking any medication, which I didn’t think was possible in the beginning.
Also, the staff is really friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. The whole place has a calm, positive vibe, which helps a lot when you’re going through recovery.

Special mention to Mr. Rahul Kushwaha, the front desk manager - he is very helpful, polite, and makes the whole process smooth and comfortable from the moment you enter.
What I loved the most is that this center doesn't feel like a typical clinic or hospital - the atmosphere here is so positive, friendly, and homely. The vibe, the people, and the energy are simply amazing. The place is also very clean and hygienic, which makes the experience even better.
